What we collect and why

Enquiries. If you contact us through the form on this site or by email, we receive the details you give us - typically your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the services you are interested in, and anything you write in your message. We use this only to respond to you and to discuss possible work together. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It sets no cookies and does not track you across other websites. It processes your IP address at the point of collection to derive approximate country and to aggregate the statistics, and does not store it in a form that identifies you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website.

Technical data. Our hosting and security providers process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.

We do not use advertising trackers, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, so no consent banner is shown. The site sets only the following, all of which are necessary for it to work:

• __cf_bm - set by Cloudflare to distinguish humans from bots and protect the site. Expires after about 30 minutes.
• __dpl - set by Vercel, our hosting provider, to keep your browser on a consistent version of the site during your visit.
• session-id - a short-lived cookie used to maintain continuity during your visit. It expires when your session ends.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.

Who else processes your data

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Vercel - website hosting
• Cloudflare - DNS, security and website analytics
• Our email provider - receiving and storing enquiry emails

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request, and afterwards for up to two years in case you get back in touch or the conversation resumes. Aggregated analytics data contains no personal data and is retained by Cloudflare according to their retention period.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on legitimate interest, you can object at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@matchmindz.com. We will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka, AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
